Just a question since I am curious, would you guys buy your real estate with crypto currency directly without banks if possible?

Totally depends, but in principle sure!

Guess cash, cryptos, gold or anything considered money could‌ work here in Thailand at least ;-)

yes why not?‍ We have been doing it here in Latam, you only need to comply with the⁠ laws in your country and declare the transaction in the local currency (but you don't⁤ need to liquidate the cryptos for that)

Yeah, done it‍ before. but I prefer the OTC (over the counter) method than buying directly with crypto.⁠

this increases your reputation as a trusted investor within the OTC circle and OTC exchanges⁤ usually don't have problem with their banks for sending large transfers, and the order is⁣ usually settled within minutes.

so you kill two birds with one stone 😉

In Europe there are sellers both in France and Italy that sell properties in exchange‌ of crypto, especially in touristic beach areas...
Someone know legit sellers that accept crypto in‍ exchange for real estate in Malaysia, Philippines or Cambodia?
