Well i would say both are right.These are vehicles of wealth - they will go up and they will go down for whatever reasons and i dont really care.We should profit from both the up and down swings.I will be setting up a fund in cyprus soon- I dont care about the asset that i speculate in nor which way it is going to move .As i am interested in making money.Anyone interested can join me as an investor.

Ya only thing to care for will be how it would be invested - it would be rules based so capital protection is implemented without taking inordinate risks.All three positions,long short and cash will be utilized.And it will be open for all types of liquid assets.
