there are‍ crypto payment gateways that are able to make direct payouts and they are not self⁠ hosted. But you are correct, self hosted means full control.

the issue with non hosted solutions is they ultimately will apply the same‍ kyc as normal banking to the merchant and in a later step to the client.⁠

All besides coinremitter have aml/kyc . But I wouldn't trust coinremitter , this guys posts‍ only consists of adverts for it .And they spam reddit/forums with the same texts which⁠ doesn't seem like a trustworthy way of pursuing marketing. And also their platform is custodial.⁤
