Crypto exchange with credit card for St. Lucia resident

A friend in St. Lucia would like to spend his crypto via credit card. Does anyone know an exchange offering credit cards that will accept him?

It can also be a prepaid card. The guy just wants to spend his crypto locally.

Unfortunately it is only a virtual card.

Can anyone confirm that virtual cards can be successfully programmed (in-house) on physical cards? Insight from some tech guys would be welcome.

Some virtual cards are Apple Pay/Gpay compatible and can be used⁠ physically that way. Another alternative (not sure they accept st. lucia residents though) is Curve,⁤ where you can pair your virtual cards to the Curve physical card for sure.

Curve is only EU (needless to say).

@JohnnyDoe I've been around here for more than⁤ three years including Mentor section and yet have to see one valid emi banking solution⁣ (including plastic!) for nonEEA natural person (not legal entity).
