Impossible, the deal requires paperwork and shipping. And anyway in person deals are by no way safe (see the gipsy scams).

I think that it would be possible to find a notary who could hold the key for a while.
For a simple buy/sell there is hodlhodl for example.
So I guess for geting a sensible answer you need to refine the question parameters.
