I’ve been reading a lot online about Crypto.com because I’ve been considering using their service. They advertise everywhere, even on the really expensive spots like in movies and TV commercials. But when you check their Trustpilot, it’s alarming, makes you want to run!

I tried contacting their customer support, and after two weeks I still haven’t received a reply. That’s totally unacceptable.

Is there anyone here who uses them regularly and actually likes their service?

Sounds to me like they might not be a scam, just a victim of their‌ own size, kind of like what happened with PayPal when they exploded.

Once these platforms‍ scale too fast, customer support is usually the first thing to break, and it can feel like nobody’s listening.

The big ad spend doesn’t help either, because it sets expectations⁤ sky high. They may still be fine for certain use cases, but I’d be cautious⁣ about relying on them for anything time sensitive until they get their service levels back⁢ on track.

do your own testing of their support, don't trust in trustpilot, lot's of scammers and‌ fools posting only negative stuff there.

I used crypto.com merchant for a while. The onboarding takes *forever*, months and months, even‌ after you provide all the documents they want. It took like 2 months for my‍ Polish LLC and like 6 months for US one. Once it actually works, it works and they pay out properly. Support is pretty much non-existent but I didn't need any⁤ after onboarding.

This. I've‍ been with them for several years and everything works. Contacted customer support few times... it took ages, but we resolved the issues. For me... they are just ok.
