Did you try it? How is the onboarding process?

KYC is basic Sumsub passport + selfie, they accepted me after 2 days I think.
They also ask your residency address but no PoF document needed, card delivery can differ from that address.
I usually just choose a different residency country than my tax residency, and forward the mail.

Based:
I thought it was good but even when they advertise 0% fee when I compared with other crypto cards their rate was always worse.
And even with their high cashback their tokenomics is not looking good so I can no longer recommend it:

Based Cash | Based

Based Cash: spend crypto everywhere Visa is accepted. Deposit USDC, USDT, SOL, HYPE and BASED, and earn rewards on your USD balance.

They have good plans with low fees, 2% cashback (with 1.5% FX fee) or 4% cashback (0% FX fee)
The token lockup required is pretty low, about 700$ or 7000$ for their gold plan

I still expect their token price to go down, but if you compare them to other similar services like cryptocom, Based's tokenomics is the least worst in this cashback range.
I'm not affiliated with them, just like their service, if this is not allowed just delete it.
