I recently registered a free zone LLC in dubai in RAKEZ zone as a software house with 3 main activities Gaming Software development and Multidisciplinary Design and marketing
the corporate registering service I used told me that u simply need a coinmena corporate crypto exchange account and a corporate Bank account and u can swap easily crypto to Fiat which seemed too good to be true
when I started inquiring about the subjects with diff agencies and lawyers ect they told me that's bulls**t Dubai is indeed crypto friendly Banks there are not ! don't ever mention crypto or else u will get in trouble all those that u see are simply using p2p and OTC and never mentioning anything about cryptocurrencies,if u wanna get things legal with no headaches u should opt for crypto Swiss banks such as sygnum and SEBA .
wanted to ask my brothers here about advice and best business setup since I'm still kinda early what are the best options to do using the uae residency and thank u very much for your time !
