For creating a website you require lot many things. Very first you need brand identity logo and register Domain URL. Second you required enough content for your website and graphics for added pictures. For that you have content writer and graphic designer to make a graphics and so on.

He was supposed to make a website and a dummy website for payments. But he said he wants money in advance because in the past he did the work n didn't get paid. So based on the reviews here i trusted him..
