Costa Rica Holding and Cyprus trading company will that work?

Actually you can have any company to be a Holding regardless if it is a Cyprus LTD or a German GMBH or a US LLC it dosen't matter! So the answer to your question is yes you can have a Costa Rica company own shares in a Cyprus company we have done this many times and Im sure other Agency services including lawyer's have so too.

Which documents do you need?


Will you need any ID from the directors of the CR company?

We needed only to send passport copy and credit card statement so everything was accomplished!

I got my company in the mean time. The company is situated in Cyprus, I don't mind to pay tax as long as it is only the 10% and I get my anonymity.
 
Why did you go with a Cyprus Holding company rather than a Costa Rica holding company?
