Hi,

I am looking to start a cryptocurrency gambling website and register it in Costa Rica. There seem to be a few sites offering this service but not sure if they are real. If you went this path could you let me know which service provider you went with please? Had a look at www.fastoffshore.com but can't really find any reviews on it.

You know is easier if you google costa rica lawyers, you dont to go through a company like fastoffshore, and also just to let you know Costa Rica is not that offshore jurisdiction that everyone thinks...
 
Yes thank you, any lawyers you went with and would recommend? I am going for Costa Rica Gambling Company because I don't need a bank account because this is for cryptocurrency .

You can avoid spend this money into a Costa Rica setup Gambling.
Register domain and‌ use a address to whoever.

My solution is I think better, because this way you‍ will not got troubles if you got catched.
A costa rica Setup don't offer any⁠ legitimate to operate Gambling services.
 
If it is a pure crypto casino, here are some options:

1. Setup a DAO‌ - use that as the company. At the end of the day, you choose your‍ jurisdiction and unless you hand it to someone through a "registration" (pleading), no one will⁠ make a claim over you.

2. Setup a Costa Rica entity... it won't affect the⁤ operation of your business much since its crypto.

3. Setup a Curacao licensed company for⁣ gambling, if you are on a budget, this is not an option.

4. Setup⁢ a GamblingTec.com casino, while it is a lot cheaper, again, it depends on your budget.︀

Malta is another option, but unless you are dripping with Gold, it's not an option.︁

I have not dealt with Costa Rica entities so I can not advise on that.‌ A cursory google search should reveal a number of parties who can help.

Thanks will take a look . also⁠ is it possible to get a costa rica gaming company with a curacao license, no⁤ banking required ? I talked to a provider and they said they can offer that⁣
 
Never heard of a Costa Rica company getting a Curacao Gambling License. To get the‌ license you need a CW company with E-Zone status. Who is this provider?

you can post a provider here as long as it isn't your company! It would help people that don't get in touch with you to solve their problems if they are in a similar situation as people interested in this thread 😉
