Say I have a successful business with a good corporate income in the range of 150.000 - 200.000 monthly and today I pay 25% corporate tax equalling to 50.000 a month for the tax man. Will a offshore company help me to reduce the tax in an effort to reduce my overall costs? What we are looking at is a corporate reorganisation.
