corporate loan needed

On behalf of my European client, they are looking for a corporate loan of $1.1M USD for a new project they are starting. The loan is secured by shares of the company which has 10 hectares of land plus their financial license.
As the amount is rather small for the big financial companies, I am looking for an alternative (smaller) financial institution who would look into it. All details and due diligence can be provided. I am willing to also look into a crypto solution.
