conversation with admins?

maybe a year ago (definitely two) it was still possible to start a conversation with anyone - now I understand it's not allowed unless one has mentor group status or whatnot - fair enough
however it seems one cannot even start a conversation if admins which feels weird and there seems to be no other option than opening a thread ask publicly regarding some forum related stuff... which feels even weirder 😉

Well, for the general information, anyone⁠ can start conversation with / send private messages to other forum members either after (roughly⁤ said) being here active for some time and gaining some reputation; or immediately after upgrading⁣ to Mentor Group.

Well, generally I do not consider to︃ be a bad idea asking about some forum-related stuff publicly; but there definitely can be︄ exceptions 😉

@daniels27 is pretty right, according to the screenshot 🙂
How many messsages︇ do you have in your inbox? I admit I do not recall the current limits︈ (250 for Pro members, I guess?) but we surely can have look at it.

NOTE:
1) After you leave some conversations, it might be necessary in addition “Delete conversations permanently“︉ (if you have the deleted conversations still in the trash folder) – select all of︊ them and then choose this action... (If you have all selected, just click at Selected)︋
Yes, it is not very intuitive, frankly said... But you might see no Trash folder︌ 🙂
2) Your changes might be not reflected immediately but after some hours / running a︍ job. It's 12 hours max, I guess.

It should not be important.

As already mentioned a few times, you can always use the contact form, which you‌ can find just below, or at the bottom right of the forum.

Your mailbox‍ can hold up to 250 messages. By clicking on 'LEAVE conversation,' you can make room⁠ for new messages. You can view all your old messages up to the limit.

You can upgrade your account to Mentor Group Bronze, for example, where you'll have space for⁤ 1,500 messages and an advanced inbox with sorting options, etc., or you can wait until⁣ the next level – Elite Member.

If we allowed an unlimited number of messages, the⁢ server would quickly fill up.
