I am having -2 numbers in my eye sight. I just dont like to wear Spectacles. One friend told me to use contact lenses. But I wonder, are they good for eyes? What about coloured lenses? can anyone suggest me which brand I shoud prefer? Freshlook or Bausch & Lomb?

Contact lenses are not bad for eyes if it is of good international quality.It is good alternative to spectacles. I think Bausch & Lomb brand coloured lenses are excellent.Remember to protect your eye from external objects and consult your eye surgeon and regular check up of your eyes.
