Credit card fraud is a sad facet of our day-to-day life. We can't prevent it but what we can do is educate people on how to protect themselves. I believe a simple way to ensure everyone's protection is to require an anti-malware software on any computer that has been to a bank site. Call it silly, sure. But it can do wonders for those otherwise not in the know about how phishers and other scammers can profit from your information.
