Registering a Company in Asia is a lengthy process. So many documents, statutory clearances and formalities needs to be fulfilled. But the concept of ready-made-company formation is new to me. Can anybody here explain me about above?

A Ready Made company formation can also be termed as a Shelf Company or a Stock Company. Such ready-made-companies are earlier being registered with all formalities such, registration fee payment, local government clearance, Bank Accounts, and Tax payment Id etc. The reason for formation of such ready-made companies in advance is to enable the business entrepreneurs to start their business immediately without wasting time.
