For reasons I can't mention here I need a offshore enity / offshore company that can secure my privacy 100% - So, what are Im looking into?

It seems not to be a complicated business structure you have but privacy is of‌ high importancy for you. Put a foundation or Trust in front of the Seychelles company‍ and Belize company.

I agree, better would be a Offshore⁠ Trust for instant in the Seychelles, Panama or Belize, to start with.
