What's the benefits to incorporate our business in Guernsey or Jersey compared to offshore jurisdictions like Panama, Malta or Belize?

Not spamming at all... Thought it might be useful to some.. Does anyone have any thoughts about bvi companies in terms how they compare to other offshore jurisdictions?

Can anyone please compare bvi with isle of man in terms of reputability and price of maintenance?

Thanks for the share. BVI seems to be very complicated to incorporate a business now a days. They require lots fo documents, that said, I believe for some business areas it can still be a good alternative.

BVI is out of question for normal people with normal profits! Only if you have a lawyer, CPA and other professionals at hand you want to setup a BVI company! It is too complicated to setup!
