Company set up in Bermuda Recommendations

Hello-

Does anyone have a recommendation for a firm to set up an exempt company in Bermuda?
EU/US passport holder
Income is consulting based and sales from intellectual property

Speak with Appleby, Ogier, Conyers, Bedell, and Carey Olsen. They are some of the biggest names in the Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and BVI jurisdictions.

They will probably advice you to consider Cayman Islands or BVI unless there is a specific reason for Bermuda, and it might be good advice to consider. Bermuda can be quite pricey and often doesn't offer any advantages.

I do have specific reasons for Bermuda, but also we are smallish potatoes, I am looking for a price tag that matches my size. Would they be that?

Bermuda is the wrong jurisdiction if you're on a tight budget. Ask around but I doubt you'll find anything for much under 10,000 USD in first year fees and 5-10,000 USD a year fixed fees.
