I was browsing your website for information on setting up a private investment fund/pool. I came across your recommendation on using Seychelles. I have some questions as follows:


Firstly, I would like to check the costs of setting up and running a private fund in Seychelles.


Secondly, will there be any issues if I was to register a company and using it as a private investment holding to pool funds from friends/family rather than registering a private fund?
