Hi there!
I am a Portuguese citizen, living in Portugal. My company focus on providing services to Portuguese Real Estate Agencies.
I would like to know which options would I have in regards to opening an Offshore company and bank account, with the goal of reducing my tax burden.
How would I be able to get my money out of the Offshore Bank account? Any info would be welcome! Thank you!

You may start with to ask a local tax advisor and discuss double tax treaties‌ with him. That's the most reliable source of information you can get.

That said, how‍ much turnover are you bringing to the table each month?

Today there are only very limited and complicated tools available to do what you are looking‍ for. To reduce your tax burden I would say the same as @Admin no doubt.⁠
