Company formation in Uruguay anyone know?

I wonder if there is anyone around that has formed a company in Uruguay and know if it's still possible to setup a company anonymous there?

Any reliable agent you know of that can do it?

You can have a look at the accounting firm here Board of Directors they are‌ very professional and have years of experience. You can get it all there in one‍ package.

For more than 13 years I have visited Uruguay and got a complete setup⁠ from them. It was a pleasure to work with the guys ther, they are really⁤ professional.

I recommend you Carlos Picos Consultora or Mitra Consultores. Both are very serious (the last‌ are cheaper).

tax rate is 25% and VAT rate 22% - To setup a S.A. is very‍ easy you only need one of the suggested in this thread to help you. It's⁠ also comfortable for business partners to trade with an Uruguay company.
