What does CFTC say? What are the major points of CFTC that we have to keep in mind while living in US? Please someone state the law for me in a simple manner?

Firstly most people here are not from US. Secondly most people here would not want to live in US. Thirdly anything to do with the CFTC is best avoided like your freedom depended on it.
