Commercial advice needed

Hi guys,

Not advertising anything because nothing is ready. I just need a commercial advice . I m actually negotiating with a french fintech to work under white label for them.
Will be able to provide account
( personal and business ) with french Iban. Also visa and MasterCard. This fintech is not crypto friendly.
My problem is that I have no place to make margin on operations fees.
So I m thinking like that :
Maybe ask for a one time only fees to open the account and if yes what is the acceptable price?
A monthly membership ? Again if it s good what is the right price?
It doesn't sound very professional but without margin there is no sense for me.

I assume it's the IBANFirst Fintech you will be working with or something similar, they are popping up all over the net as it get more and more difficult to get any valid banking for your offshore company these good alternatives have seen the day light.

Well, it's how introducers have operated for centuries they can't make any mark up on the banking fee but charge between 150 and 350 euro for introducing the client to the bank, if you want them to do the paperwork they charge up to 600 euro for a setup. People are willing to pay what you ask for if you can provide a professional service!

You can only do this on the setup fee! It won't work on am onthly basis, why would they pay you when they already have their account?

But thanks , you are right one time fee is more logical, and also for how much fee it worth.
