I get it that UK may be their second biggest market but there is no‌ need to operate from there...yikes. The UK is joining the CPTPP anyway which will cover‍ access to financial services. So they could in principle have more countries to operate from⁠ which have a crypto framework such as Singapore.

But in end I don't exactly know⁤ what "regulatory clarity" they are referring that is causing them concerns.

TBH most caribbean jurisdictions are great for crypto if you dont need‍ banking.

And even at the size of Coinbase I'm sure they can get a solution⁠ for banking if needed.
