Closing a offshore company, what is the process if I need doing so?

I'm considering to incorporate / register a offshore company, not sure yet where it will be, and thinking about what are the procedure to close a offshore company if I don't need it any longer or if Im forced to close the company?

It will depend on where this offshore company is registered, for instant a Seychelles company‌ will simply expire and be in "bad standing" and once while will simply be erased‍ from the registry.

Say it is registered in the Seychelles or Belize, then we don't need to do‌ anything if we don't need the company any longer?
