I'm planning to register a offshore company in the Seychelles or Belize. If things don't work out in the future and we decide to close the company down, how do we proceed and how much would it cost?

Pretty easy task, you will simply let us know and we will strike off the company. In certain cases you can even just avoid to renew the company so it will "close" automatically.
It depends, typically if you strike off a company the fee is between EUR 100 and up to 1500 depending on the offshore jurisdiction, the company and the companies activity.
