Cleveland Bank

I have been in contact with the Cleveland Bank, for a high risk client, and when I tried to find some information about this bank, they said that his Bank or Finance License are from Western Sahara... What I know is that Sahara has not a Central Bank or similar... Any experience with this "bank" ?

Stay away. Aside from maybe Taiwan, don't bank in places with dubious international recognition. There‌ is barely a government of SADR, let alone one that can competently and verifiably oversee‍ international banks.
