china emi or personal bank ?

i am trying to get emi or personal bank in china, the reason i need to use the card for buying materials from Chinese websites which are only accept cards from china and also alipay require china card

It is impossiable to get emi or personal bank in china without visiting.RMB is highly‌ managed currency by the government. I can help you more if you need ,most of‍ my time is spending in CN and other Asia countries.

I was able to get a Chinese bank account when I visited Beijing last year‌

Neat accept most companies, including BVI‍ ones in addition to UK, HK and CN. No personal accounts anymore.

Just so you⁠ know, Neat provides Hong Kong based accounts and cards, which are not connected to the⁤ Chinese banking system and likely cannot be used for the purposes you mentioned. It certainly⁣ does not work with Alipay.
