Cheapest payment gateway for UAE business ? 1.99 % - Any cheaper?

Hi people,
Stripe offers 3% for transactions but i am trying to find cheaper. It it just normal business and nothing shady or high-risk. Just consultancy invoices.
I did found a merchant who could do 1.99% for UAE FZ, but cant remember it right now while typing...

That is not going to happen. You can't both safe in taxes and get cheap‌ business services. I don't even know if there is a bank there that is handling‍ card processing for online merchants.

telr.com is based in UAE and accepts UAE companies. I haven't used them personally, but‌ several of my clients are using them
