Problem is that all offshore agent's will require you to provide a passport copy and utility bill. To find the cheapest company to incorporate you don't need to look much further I have not seen anything cheaper than Belize or the Seychelles they are almost equal in their pricing and the TAT - Looking at the pricing isolated you need to be sure to get the docs with apostille and notarized otherwise banks will reject the docs.
Also the registered office with Virtual Office has to be paid for in addition as is most often not included in the total costs.

Some banks may require the documents both notarized and apostilled while other banks just need the apostille. Make sure you know the costs for each of these documents, they are not the same. If the company is more than 1 year old, most banks will ask for a Certificate of Incumbency and Certificate of Good standing! Both are 2 different documents, ask your agent the costs for each of them.
Best is to get a price list / list of fees for all of he service that may be required to setup and maintain the company.

Not all are sharing it on their website nor do they offer a list of it. MEans you will have to be very spefic with your questions and hand over a list of services for which you ask them to write there fees. So you will have them once you need any additional service from them. There are Offshore company service providers who get new customers advertising very cheap company formation i.e. Seychelles corps for $200 and Belize corps for $150, offshore accounts for $50 - first the customers is happy then after 1 year they get the chocking news everything they order or need from now on costs them twice the amount that it would with any other CSP! Pay attention to the agents fees, it's important.!
Renewal fees that have to be paid every year should be agreed to when establishing the company and be total clear to the client / customer before you proceed.
Renewal fees of the company, registered office address and secretary service should be clear to any client already when they get quoted.
