cheap company+bank "micro company"

hello,
i'm not a Europe resident/citizen, i'm from Africa.
i want create a company cheap cost and maintenance, not much VAT.
i want it to have a bank account in EUR.

sector of work is : IT consulting
my income is from outside Europe (asia with USD) between 7k to 15k USD monthly.

what options is for me.

A Seychelles Company with banking in Mauritius would work here.

i have some personal EMI accounts with europe IBAN.
my question :‌ can i send money from Mauritius bank to Europe personal Bank/EMI ?
they will not‍ decline money from Seychelles and Mauritius ?

I have done that a few times, there is noting that really stop this transfer.‌ You can risk that the EMI will ask for source of funds, that means, you‍ need to provide them documents from where this money comes from.

i don't have problem with documents : sources of income. it is‌ a legal business.

but , can i have a europe cheap company ( micro company‍ romania , ... ) ?
or just personal bank accounts.
( i think because of⁠ my income is not big, it is just a personal bank account in Europe will⁤ be enough for me ( self employed/freelance IT )
