what is the cheapest provider to setup a corporation and a bank account?

Regarding the jurisdiction I m flexible as long as it is tax free and does not require filings and accounting.

You will want to check the provider and what services they can offer you before‌ you are decide on the price only. Some of the cheapest corporate service providers around‍ can course you more damage then good.

Actually @John Dee is right in a way. The US tends to offer some of‌ the cheapest locations for offshore companies, so may be worth a look for you.

Apologies, this was meant to say 'At least with US Companies this can be avoided‌ without using convoluted methods'. I was referring to the fact that for example an LLC‍ can in some cases be treated as none US resident for tax purposes, whereas a⁠ UK Company will be taxable in the UK on profits regardless, unless you use convoluted⁤ methods which may or may not be legitimate. Sorry for the confusion.

I was looking for a cheap offshore company that will provide anonymity. Mainly I will‌ be running a few apps and I would want the ad revenue to go to‍ an offshore account. I would in fact need the company to be off shore because⁠ I work in the US and in a very heavily regulated industry that doesn’t allow⁤ for employees to conduct outside businesses. Any input on this?
