Earlier today, ChatGPT suggested shorting LTC when it was around $127.5, as the trend seemed to be turning downward.

I tried it out just for fun, asked it to run the numbers, and decided to see what would happen. And actually, about five hours later, LTC is sitting at $121.3- so it was right, the price was heading down.

It’s a brilliant tool. I’ll definitely try using it again next time the opportunity comes up and see if it gets it right again.

I have a tarantula... when it sit in the burrow I buy, when it comes‌ out I sell - damn, some days this creature is a financial wizard

I will⁢ try that next time thu&¤#

I’ll need︀ to get one of those animals.

Hahaaha..Its more of an arachnid..a species of spider that's grows quite‍ large.

Did you just ask it about the trend, or did you give it some data‌ first so it had a basis for its analysis?

I've trained multiple AI models on gigabytes of financial data.
The result? always a 50%‌ success rate +-1 (prediction of direction)
It's unpredictable this way.

I fed it data from CoinMarketCap along with some news about LTC, and I’ve got‌ to say, it nailed it, not just 50% right but 100% spot on. I didn’t‍ follow its advice at the time since it was just a fun little test, but now I’m going to run it again and see what it saysm and whether it⁤ gets it right again. ChatGPT can do some pretty insane things across a ton of⁣ areas, not just this kind of stuff, but also in more critical contexts.

There’s no prompt. I first asked ChatGPT for its opinion after I uploaded several‍ different screenshots from Coindesk and so on.

Then I asked it to find more up to date information on the internet, and it gave me the forecast I mentioned.

That should be just as good as all those “super intelligent” people on Wall Street who⁤ are basically guessing the next price.

Until proven otherwise, all you did was get lucky.

Do it 100 times in a‌ row. Then we'll start to see if there's any statistical significance to the claim.
