Changing residency on Crypto.com from Europe to SE Asia

Does anyone know if it is possible to change your residency on Crypto dot com from a European country to SE Asian country? Has anyone done it before?
Yes I did ask the support but got 2 different answers...
Any advice or testimonial form people who have actually done it are most welcome.

Never tested on crypto.com but no problem for Kraken or Binance or Kucoin.

You should look if the platform works and accepts clients in the country that you‌ plan to change. If they do, then it should be no issue. In fact it‍ should be a legal requirement for them to have your records updated

Then be more specific with your question. It's probably not the same if you're talking‌ about Thailand and Vietnam, or Cambodia and Myanmar..
