Seems like formations and maintanace will become much more strict and no longer be so fast and loose .

It is all over the globe that things are going to take such turns. You‌ must expect that starting a company will be the next thing they throw themselves into,‍ much more control, much more paperwork, and fewer loopholes for shenanigans.
