Seems like formations and maintanace will become much more strict and no longer be so fast and loose .

Any other EU countries that makes it easy to own remotely without constant cideo kyc verifications?

It is all over the globe that things are going to take such turns. You must expect that starting a company will be the next thing they throw themselves into, much more control, much more paperwork, and fewer loopholes for shenanigans.

Can we get a button to turn back time 25 years and live an ordinary life?

nothing really changes - if you can open a bank account for your uk company, you can pass those checks
