Change offshore company structure after it's all set,can it be done?

Yes sure it can be done, there will be an additional fee for the changes but otherwise no problem. You can submit a ticket requesting this change to be done.

They will properly require you to scan the docs of the currenct company and send to them also there may be some document you will need to sign.


But wait until Admin replies they may know 🙂
 
If we have helped to register the company and appointed nominees then there is no need for anything else then that you confirm what company / person will be the new shareholder and that's it.

So no additional documents required if you made the incorporation of both offshore companies? Thats good news and defiantly worth to keep in mind in any case.
 
That's actually extremly good news, it will make it much easier to work with a offshore company that requires some changes if there is no need for additional documents to be send.
