General tendency in coordinated fiscal policitcs between countries is alarming. Fiscal flexibility is changing rapidly for any person. Beside, there are those idealists that will break the whole system 🙄
These particular news aren't describing anything already not known. Italian government simply imposed a higher flat tax for "income earned abroad by wealthy individuals who transfered their tax residence to Italy". In another news, Swiss climate and social extremists youth provoked a national referendum for imposing 50% inheritance tax.
The public finances in Europe are in bad condition. This will escalate in years︀ to come.
The US and Asia will have a benefit from these idealists and socialists.︁

Cool. Have you been to Africa and talked to locals? Did you find much rich? Why not?
- It really is hard to make money. Infrastructure is subpar. You can spend 7 days in Lagos trying to meet 7 good friends, it simply won't happen due to flooding, people being in hospitals, etc. Most ATMs are empty and foreign debit cards are only accepted at bigger hotels and grocery stores. How can you do business like that?
