Chain: CZ LTD want buy BTC from UK LTD via UK LTD Director

Please tell me if it is legal to make following kind of chain:
1. Company from .CZ with one director/shareholder wants to buy bitcoins from a UK LTD company
2. UK LTD can't exchange crypto directly on crypto exchange
3. UK LTD pays to director for money exchange
4. Director deposits money to crypto exchange and sends these to UK LTD
4. UK LTD sends crypto to .CZ company from point 1.

.CZ and .UK companies have different directors
.UK LTD has only one Director who is an only shareholder

is this legal?
any aggrements between UK company and UK director should be created?

UK director would have to pay income tax etc on money he receives into his⁠ name from company unless it is recorded as a 'directors loan' but tax may still⁤ be owed on that even. But paperwork and accounting is needed either way.

How would you be recording the crypto sent to company on the books? As︀ capital injection, loan etc?
