CCBill, MID or aggregator?

Anyone know if CCBill provides you with your own MID or are they an aggregator (pool all merchants through one merchant account such as stripe and Paypal)

They are a 3rd party biller, however, they register you with Visa with a MID‌ which you pay some amount for, I don't remember the costs.

Do you know if stripe and paypal do the same?

PayPal is doing something similar, each PayPal merchant has his own descriptor but it is‌ one big account. I don't know with Stripe but I would assume it is again‍ the same.
