When it comes to Cayman (and BVI and Bermuda), there are a couple of firms that are outstanding and have been around for decades (some for over a century). Going directly costs extra but you benefit from a direct relationship with some, generally speaking, excellent lawyers and fiduciaries.

I have seen their website, and they seem to be very professional. I was just curious why, with such a huge team in Hong Kong, they don't offer services over there.

Because they know something we don't.
The majority of their clients are funds who have them on retainer.

You can imagine those American family funds with about 40M plus all have them on retainer of 100K per year.

They concentrate on where they are because of who they know.
Their customers are not looking for a reputable jurisdiction they look for discretion.
