Card to card transfer like the title suggest.
Revolut doesn't service non EEA countries and I'm banned from Transferwise.

I've got registration problems with PaySend unfortunately

Hi,

2 problems :
1) rejects Andorra phone numbers because too short (usual problem I get) ...hopefully should be solved
2) blocks some mobile phone numbers from Spain starting by 9 after +34 (in fact they block all numbers except those starting by 6 and 7, funky)

I'm trying to move away some topup money from Andorra for cheap, escaping the high transfer fees (min 60 €) of banks.
Also interested the other way around : Spain > Andorra, to avoid the high (4.5%) ATM withdrawal fees of spanish banks without having to drive to Spain

What's the problem to get a SIM card from another provider if that is the main problem ?

In Andorra there is only one provider.
Re Spain, cannot suscribe to a monthly plan and don't wanna go the prepaid SIM route.
Gladly advise if you know virtual numbers starting with 6 or 7

Indeed, yesterday I bought sims from Three (UK) and Lebara (ES)
(However, my credit expires every 2 years and 3 months respectively)
