What do you mean by Acquirer, you want to connect directly to a bank with your business? You don't want to use any 3rd party payment processor?

There is EMI for payment processing also I am checking if any one know any EMI that process nutra
It is almost impossible to find any payment processor that don't will mix your transactions with anything else. As you already may have read from the public forums most payment processors if not all consider your business as ultra high risk and BAN it.
You want to have a look at Instabill there is also Durango Merchant Services that may be able to help you. If that not work for you there is eMerchantServices they have in the past processed for pharmacy business and may be able to help you or refer you to someone.
Please try the above if it not work I may have one maybe two shots more, but will check with them in the meantime.

Look I am in this business for so long .third party merchant account is a disaster The truth is they can't Handle more than 1% chargeback rate even if they try to mix it it won't work cause Infront of every one Charge back he needs to add 100 transactions so what ever volumes they have they can't support your back if you scale so they suspend any account above or equal 1% also put in mind that there is no adult or nutra business is doing less than 3% so how those big adult business guys are working with third party with no problem the secret is the third party is doing a direct connection between them and the acquirers . I have already merchant accounts directly with 3 acquirers but I just wanted to know if someone know more so we can check them out .also note that mixing the transactions to lower the chargebacks doesn't work cause putting 100 transactions against every chargeback is semi impossible process imagine you are selling product for 50$ and you have 1000 transaction with 50k$ revenue with 3% CB rate so you have 30 chargebacks to get the CB under 1% again you need to add 3000 transaction with zero Chargeback so how working directly with the acquirer can keep you processing with 3% CB this is a long process that needs a lot explanation and it is not for some one on limited budget.
I was almost aware of that you have been in business for so long, so you must know this is not something that is easy to handle any longer for any payment processor. That's why I suggested the 3 payment processors and specially the last one that has a huge network.
I have been in a company that had High Risk merchant account as a business with our own payment gateway, this was back from 00 - 08 - back then it was easy but today it's not like that as you already may know.
