I am looking for a Local bank account in Canada which provides not only CAD currency but as said, a local account address

How about‍ TD and BMO. You can open an account with them in the branch as tourist.⁠

BMO won't let you, TD make irrational limits‍ such as 5k per day to withdraw from the account on a daily basis

In this case, try Amnis. They are quite open for receiving B2C payments. Never had‌ any questions on payment receipts for normal values under 100k.

So why do you need “a local account address“??
Don't you mean local CAD payments (via⁠ ACSS / Payments Canada)?

If so, then try Currenxie. They are open even to startups⁤ and offer local CAD payments both incoming and outgoing.
