Can you setup a payment handling company in Europe/USA for your UAE company? Won't it be more simple? You stay and live in Dubai most of the time, and you create a company in Romania, or Lithuania who will handle the payments. So people will pay to you European IBAN, the european company will do the handling if you sell something, but it will work as a handling for the UAE company?!
