Also, can we registere a Seychelles company for VAT in Europe?

That's not possible. If you want a company to be registered for VAT (speaking EU VAT) then you have to incorporate a company in Europe, for instant Cyprus, UK etc.

No accounting for Seychelles company true right? We don't need to report it anywhere at least so I read?

Accounting is required in the Seychelles, but it is not required to file any returns and financial statements are not audited.
 
Actually, no one will ever ask for the accounting nor will it ever be requested, so literally speaking you don't need to worry about that at all.

Stupid rule why is a Seychelles company required to do accounting if no one ever will ask for it:doh:
 
The law was enacted after pressure from international organizations and foreign governments. They may ask for it and if they do, you have to be able to provide it. However, it is not a requirement to make annual filings.
 
Has anyone ever been asked providing the documents? I assume never lol
 
I never heard or read about it, if one would have been asked you would have read about it. I hope I'm right 😀

It's just administrative BS. I got it confirmed that this is only to please the OECD and not like it is in Hong Kong, Cyprus or the UK where it is actually put into force and mandatory.
