Can we appoint nominee director and shareholder later once the company is formed?

Just ordered my Cyprus company without nominee director and shareholder. I was wondering if we can change this later once the company has been registered? Are there any additional costs for this?

Yes they can be appointed any time. There will be some additional costs for the‌ nominees and to change the corporate documents but nothing huge.

Good, what costs are incurred changing nominees later on?

Costs between 150 - 250 Euro for the change of documents. Beside that fee you‌ have to pay the usual fee for the nominee director and shareholder of course.

Quick follow note for others looking into a Cyprus company formation. You want to appoint‌ Nominees from the beginning if privacy and anonymity is in question. I made the mistake‍ and started with a simple company no other service, after short time I realised it⁠ was wrong and had to pay more to get the nominees appointed.. My bad.

I think you can change any time and any where. It is your company

You can change anytime but you have to pay everytime‍ also😉 its your company thats correct but fee will be imposed making new document.
