Can PayPal be used for high risk business or better not?

Anyone know if payapal accept MLM business )also considered to be high risk) or is it a non go and liberty reserve may be better ?

I don't think PayPal allow such business try to contact them or check their TOS.

PayPal allows all business type but not any illegal activity.

Auldt business / P*rn isn't illegal but forbidden by paypal along with a few other activities.
